Manager

 Passionate and dedicated, Jason has a comprehensive approach to health and well-being. Jason has a strong foundation in nutrition, and believes in empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals from the inside out. Currently on the path to earning his ISSA Certification with a specialty focus on nutrition. He is committed to staying at the forefront of exercise science to provide you with the most effective and evidence-based training methods. Jason has a diverse background in weightlifting, combat sports, and calisthenics, which allows him to tailor workouts that are both challenging and enjoyable. 

Fitness Instructor

Silas is a certified personal trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and National Coaching Certification program (NCCP). Mentored by professional fighters and champions, he has practiced and competed in MMA, Boxing, and Kickboxing. His passion for the art of combat sports drives him to continuously learn new techniques and strategies and ready his clients for competition. He instructs the Youth and Fitness & Development classes in both the Downtown and West Kelowna locations. Silas seeks to unveil raw talent in a style that builds upon ability, mental strength and emotional acuity to tap into an athlete’s full potential.
